Four Balance is a friendly, customer-focused consultancy, which disseminates the Balanced Scorecard methodology to companies.
Because life is short and work should be fun, Four Balance is now looking to hire fun-loving, team-oriented people who don't want to be called resources and who fulfil the following criteria:
Technical consultancy
- 5 to 7 years technical
programming experience with
VB, .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, ASP. - Ability to work with external technical departments.
Management Consultancy
- 5 to 7 years in a HR/Change Management role.
- Thorough knowledge
and deep understanding of
the balanced scorecard methodology.
The above positions will require
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Previous experience
of working as part of a team under
strict deadlines - Know [without training]
what exactly "customer-driven"
means - Experience using initiative
- Could get to like the idea of profit-sharing
- There may be travel involved with these positions.
