Four Balance is an independent software consultancy company specialising in advising companies on the design and creation of Balanced Scorecards.

Tony Carey

The company was co-founded by Tony Carey, who has a wide range of experience working in the global software sector. Having worked on both the software development and management consultancy aspects. Prior to Four Balance Tony worked in the US and Ireland in the telecommunications, utilities, insurance and financial services sectors. Tony has a degree in Electronic Engineering from DCU and an MBA from UCD.

David Burke

A co-founder of Four Balance, David’s experience spans the food, pharmaceutical, electronics, and recruitment sectors, where he has held senior management positions in supply-chain and sales. David is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin from where he received a degree in Management. He also holds a diploma in Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Four Balance is based in Ireland and draws its talent from highly experienced and enthusiastic specialists who have worked in the software and management consultancy industry there for the last ten years.
